Interior Designer

We’re partnering with a design-led practice located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD to help grow their studio with an exciting opportunity for anInterior Designer! This studio has a highly collaborative team delivering premium, design-driven projects for major clients in the commercial fit out space.

The Role 
This is an opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to take part in projects from concept through to documentation, presenting and leading client meetings, site visits and the internal delivery team. You’ll play a key role in helping shape workplace environments, balancing creativity with technical delivery, and ensuring projects are well-coordinated and buildable.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, including finishes, materials, and mood boards
• Lead client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions
• Take part in prepare initial space planning and floorplans
• Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction
• Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams
• Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors with team
• Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in interior design (commercial workplace / fitout preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape (essential)
• Strong front end concept stage experience
• Collaborative mindset with a keen eye for design excellence
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
