Interior Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer / Architect to develop and execute design concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and support project delivery from concept through completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and presentations based on client requirements.
• Prepare architectural and interior design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to gather design input and feedback.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and design narratives to communicate design intent.
• Participate in design reviews and presentations with clients.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and draftsmen to produce detailed construction drawings.
• Assist in site supervision, quality checks, and resolving design-related site issues, if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the fit-out, hospitality, retail, or residential projects.
• 3D visualization skills using Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar tools.
• Strong presentation and client communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
