Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with experience in residential and commercial interiors, modular furniture, space planning, and 3D visualization. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, preparing design concepts, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and develop interior design concepts as per their needs and budget.
• Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, floor plans, working drawings, and detailed design presentations.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D views using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other relevant design software.
• Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, storage solutions, and customized furniture.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, colours, laminates, hardware, lighting, and furnishings.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, contractors, and project execution teams.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and material specifications.
• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure accurate execution of modular furniture designs.
• Monitor project progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on design and project status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design and modular furniture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture materials, hardware, and interior finishes.
• Strong creativity, space-planning, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to prepare working drawings, quotations, and material estimates.
• Good coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with hands-on experience in residential interiors, modular furniture design, client presentations, site coordination, and end-to-end project execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
