Role Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and client-focused Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle projects from conception to completion, translating client visions into functional, aesthetic, and safe interior spaces for residential and commercial properties across the Uttarakhand region.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
• Concept & Design Development: Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or V-Ray).
• Material & Finishes Selection: Source and select materials, furniture, lighting, flooring, color palettes, and soft furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
• Project Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, section drawings, and execution-ready BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Vendor & Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and site supervisors to ensure the design is executed accurately, on time, and within budget. Quality control checks during site visits are required.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3+ years of professional experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial projects). Freshers with exceptional portfolios and strong technical skills are also welcome to apply.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Strong command over design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, and Enscape/V-Ray.
• Skills: Excellent spatial awareness, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a creative eye for detail.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
