What they need
Interior Designer
April Hickman Design is a luxury residential interior design firm based in Santa Clara, Utah, creating one-of-one homes that are unmistakably reflective of the families who live in them. We are known for delivering exceptional design, white-glove client service, and an unwavering attention to detail throughout every phase of a project.
We are seeking a talented, highly motivated Interior Designer who is passionate about creating extraordinary homes and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through installation, balancing creativity with organization, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, a proactive problem solver, and someone who naturally anticipates the needs of both clients and the design team. They enjoy collaborating but are equally capable of working independently, managing priorities, and maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.
Ownership is one of our core values. We are looking for someone who treats every project as if it were their own—someone who takes initiative, thinks several steps ahead, communicates proactively, and sees projects through with care and accountability. Rather than waiting for direction, our team members identify what needs to happen next, solve problems thoughtfully, and take pride in delivering an exceptional experience for both our clients and our team.
We are looking for someone who is excited to build a long-term career with our team in Southern Utah and grow alongside our firm.
