MAER Atelier is a Singapore-based interior design studio creating thoughtful, highly considered spaces shaped by a strong sense of identity, materiality and atmosphere.

Our approach balances creative intuition with precision, from spatial planning and proportion to material selection, detailing and the way light moves through a space. Rather than following a fixed aesthetic, we believe each project should develop its own language, responding to the architecture, context and the people who inhabit it.

As a rapidly evolving studio, MAER is building a body of work that is increasingly diverse in scale, typology and geography. We are interested in projects with character and ambition, and in creating interiors that feel distinctive without being excessive, spaces that are refined, expressive and designed to remain relevant over time.

We are equally committed to building a studio culture where talented people can grow with the practice. As MAER continues to expand, there are opportunities to take on meaningful responsibility, contribute ideas, shape projects from concept through completion, and become part of defining what the studio will become.

For us, MAER is not simply a company to work for, but a practice to grow with, one that is ambitious enough to create something genuinely distinctive.
