Interior Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with strong experience in residential and luxury villa interiors. The ideal candidate should be proficient in space planning, interior design concepts, material selection, 2D drawings, 3D visualisation, and execution coordination to deliver high-quality interior spaces that meet client expectations.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for luxury villas and residential projects.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, furniture layouts, reflected ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and interior working drawings.
• Create 3D models, realistic renders, mood boards, and material presentations.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colours, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, structural teams, MEP consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor interior execution and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Ensure design quality, functionality, budget compliance, and project timelines.
• Incorporate client feedback and revise designs as required.
• Maintain updated drawings, design documents, and project records.

3. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably in residential and luxury villa projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or other relevant design and rendering software.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior construction methods.
• Strong understanding of working drawings, measurements, detailing, and site execution.
• Excellent creativity, visualisation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

4. Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with construction companies, architecture firms, or luxury residential projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating completed interior design projects.
• Practical knowledge of site execution, vendor coordination, and quality control.
• Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, cost, and execution feasibility.
