Interior Designer / Draftman

Responsibilities:

• Interior Designer in coordinating and liaising with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members for the assigned project to ensure project effectiveness and competition
• Handle design drawings, design documentation and presentation work including concept design and development, construction drawing, materials sourcing and selection
• Complete routine and special tasks as assigned by superiors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Architecture / Interior Design or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 3 years or above solid working experience in Hospitality field is a MUST
• Familiar with architecture/ interior design, E&M facilities, building renovation & fitting-out works in residential, commercial and exhibition properties
• Good conceptual design, detailed working drawing and presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop & other design based skills
• Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
• Good communication in both spoken & written Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Able to work independently with good communication, organization and problem solving skills
• Customer focused and team orientated
• Responsible, self-motivated and creative
• Willing to work overtimes, under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Hardworking and able to handle multiple tasks
• Traveling and site coordination required
• Salary and Position would be offered depends on experiences
• Immediately preferable
