Job Description

• Support the design team in developing and preparing design deliverables across all project stages.
• Develop Concept Design and Lookbooks, from creating Mood Boards through to Design Development.
• Create and develop 3D design models, including rendering and post-production in Photoshop.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute creative input throughout each phase of the project.
• Research, select, and compile appropriate materials, finishes, sanitaryware, hardware, and other specifications aligned with the design direction.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure construction aligns with the approved design and standards.
• Conduct site visits with the team, record site conditions, and support FF&E tasks and styling work during the final project stages.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all project steps are completed according to schedule.
• Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches and various presentation tools; must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
• Prepare work orders, material schedules, and other documents related to interior design work.
• Review and monitor the structural Loop Schedule to ensure alignment with the overall project plan.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as 3D Max, AutoCAD, Corona Render, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other relevant programs
• Strong understanding of design principles, including Mood & Tone, Composition, and Color
• Ability to manage time effectively, work under pressure, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High creativity with the ability to develop design concepts from start to finish and propose new ideas
• Detail-oriented with strong technical understanding
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with the FF&E team and other departments
• Responsible, proactive, quick to learn, and adaptable to new trends
• Open to Thai nationals only
• A relevant design portfolio is required
