Interior Designer（Hotel Projects）

Job Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and presentation materials for hospitality, office, and commercial projects.
• Prepare design drawings, material specifications, construction documents, and detailed design packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure design quality and project execution.
• Manage project schedules, design deliverables, and coordination to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Support fit-out and renovation projects from concept development through project handover.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry best practices to enhance project quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Graduated from Chulalongkorn University or Thammasat University is preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of Interior Design experience.
• Proven experience in hotel/hospitality interior design projects is required.
• Experience in luxury residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong design presentation, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of construction details, FF&E, material specifications, and fit-out processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
