Office Furniture Outlet is looking for a creative, customer-focused Interior Designer / Sales Associate to help businesses and homeowners transform their spaces while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their design goals, needs, and budget.
• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and design recommendations.
• Present furniture, finishes, fabrics, and accessory selections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Generate sales through showroom visits, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and installation teams.
• Stay current on industry trends, workplace design, and furniture solutions.
• Help create engaging showroom displays and merchandising concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior design, furniture sales, space planning, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with sales-driven goals.
• Proficiency with design software, CAD, CET, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
