Job Description Technician Interior Role

Purpose Assist the Project lead in delivering successful projects with detail designing.

Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Interior Designing

• Main responsibility includes preparation of detail Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame.
• on-site co- ordination
• Facilitate client meeting - Establishing needs & aspirations, priorities & time frame deadlines.
• Preparing project schedule / time line.

Undertake –

• Data co-ordination, analysing space utilization
• Preliminary Plans, Drawings and Documentation
• Preparation of mood boards and material boards
• Prepare Working Drawings, detail drawings & presentation drawing
• Prepare BOQ and specifications as per requirement of project
• Coordinating with consultants and other outside services.

• Update interior designing knowledge from periodicals and other subscriptions & web related knowledge sources.

Essential Competencies

• Excellent CAD, 3D skills and design skills, Photoshop, coral draw etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Experience of being active part in communication channels within the team.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity.
• Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.
• able to work on deadlines and under pressure.
