Interior Fit-Out Coordinator & Draftsman

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.

• Ensure the approved design is implemented accurately and in detail on site.

• Supervise contractors and workers during execution.

• Ensure all dimensions, materials, finishes, layouts, lighting, and details match the approved design.

• Identify and resolve any discrepancies between the design and actual site conditions.

• Monitor execution progress and provide regular progress updates.

• When required, visit suppliers, showrooms, and the local market to obtain prices and quotations, compare available options, and confirm material availability.

Requirements

• UAE interior fit-out experience is mandatory.

• Experience in interior fit-out site management and drafting.

• Strong AutoCAD and technical drawing skills.

• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution details.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage site execution.

• UAE driving license and own transportation are mandatory .

• Flexibility to work occasional night shifts when required by the project.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
