Interior Fit-Out Foreman – Turnkey Projects

Strato Creations LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Interior Fit-Out Foreman who can independently supervise and coordinate complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical knowledge of interior construction activities, including civil works, gypsum, joinery, painting, tiling, MEP coordination and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for complete interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Manage and coordinate gypsum, masonry, joinery, painting, flooring, ceiling and finishing works.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP installations with the respective technicians.
• Read and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Allocate daily tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor productivity.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely procurement.
• Check workmanship, measurements, levels, alignment and finishing quality.
• Coordinate between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
• Monitor daily project progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure proper site housekeeping and compliance with safety requirements.
• Support project inspections, snag rectification and final handover activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman in interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of all major interior fit-out activities and construction sequences.
• Ability to independently manage workers and coordinate multiple trades.
• Experience in commercial, office, retail and residential interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and execute work accordingly.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• GCC/UAE experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 2,200

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
