Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor – Materials & Execution

NAK iNTERiOR is hiring an experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Supervisor who can take a project from the first site visit through planning, mobilisation, execution, quality checks, and handover.

Location: Ajman, UAE, with regular site visits across Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai. Job type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Visit new client sites, take accurate measurements, assess site conditions, understand the required scope, and identify technical or practical issues before work starts.

• Read drawings and specifications and turn them into a clear execution plan, work sequence, material list, manpower plan, and realistic timeline.

• Calculate material quantities, estimate material costs, control wastage, and coordinate purchases and timely delivery to each site.

• Mobilise workers, subcontractors, tools, and materials; explain daily tasks clearly to the team and supervise their execution.

• Manage joinery, gypsum partitions and ceilings, tiling, painting, electrical and plumbing coordination, bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, and other interior fit-out works.

• Visit active sites regularly, track progress against the schedule, check workmanship and measurements, resolve site issues, and complete snagging.

• Coordinate professionally with clients, designers, engineers, suppliers, and the office. Provide concise daily progress, material, and manpower updates.

• Manage multiple active sites and work to deliver each project on time and to the agreed quality.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory, with the ability to travel independently between project sites.

• Proven UAE experience supervising interior fit-out and renovation projects is required.

• Strong practical understanding of joinery, gypsum, bathroom and kitchen renovation, finishing works, site measurements, drawings, material calculations, and cost control.

• Ability to plan a complete site, lead workers, communicate with clients, and take responsibility through handover.

• Organised, reliable, and comfortable travelling between sites in Ajman, Sharjah, and Dubai.

Salary and benefits

Salary: AED 3,500-4,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and practical ability. Company-provided accommodation and transport; food is at the employee's own expense. Two-year employment contract, with paid leave and other statutory benefits according to UAE law.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
