Interior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage interior projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients on design concepts and budgets.
• Oversee fit outs, corporate interiors, turnkey projects.
• Good knowledge of commercial matters AOR.
• Good knowledge of MEP works for better coordination.
• Key person for coordination with PMC, Client and management.
• Prepare material requirement and tracking with HO.
• Can handle team of 50-100 manpower and 5 staff at a time.
• Depth knowledge of interior execution work. Experience of snagging and handing over.
• Fitout experience candidate will be preferred.
• Contractor experience is must requirement.
• Good communication skills verbal and written. Responsible for all daily correspondence to Client.
• Structural experience may pls avoid to apply.
