Interior Plant Technician

Interior Plant Technician — Plant the Future (Little River, Miami)

• Spot and treat pests and disease early; report plants that need replacing
• Help with new installations and plant swaps; load and move plants up to 50 lb
• Keep simple service notes and photos for each visit; be the friendly face clients see

What we're looking for

• Interior plant care, nursery, greenhouse, or landscape experience (lead role: 2+ years interiorscape)
• Knowledge of tropical foliage plants and how light and AC affect them
• Reliable, organized and comfortable working independently
• Valid Florida driver's license, clean record, reliable transportation
• English and Spanish preffered

Why PTF

• Creative, design-led work, not just watering routes
• Paid training and growth into a lead role as the division expands
