Job Description

Haslin Associates is looking for a proactive and organized Interior Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate residential and commercial interior projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interior projects from design finalization to site execution and handover.
• Liaise with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, material procurement, and execution progress.
• Conduct site visits to track work progress and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate material selection, deliveries, and contractor activities.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and schedules.
• Identify delays or execution issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in interior project coordination or execution.
• B.Sc. in Interior Design or Diploma in Interior Design/B.Tech/D.Arch
• Experience coordinating residential and commercial interior projects.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
