Interior Project Coordinator – Site, Estimation & Client Coordination

Paris Bound Interiors is looking for an Interior Project Coordinator who can independently handle residential interior projects from site measurement and estimation through execution, client coordination and final handover.

The role requires strong practical knowledge of interior works, good communication skills and the ability to coordinate between clients, designers, vendors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, measurements and site inspections
• Understand interior drawings and ensure correct execution at site
• Prepare and review estimates, BOQs and quantity requirements
• Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters and other vendors
• Plan and follow up material requirements and deliveries
• Coordinate with clients after project confirmation
• Provide regular project progress updates to clients and management
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions with the design team
• Monitor workmanship, quality and timelines
• Maintain project schedules and site reports
• Coordinate snagging, rectification and final handover
• Handle multiple residential interior sites simultaneously when required

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in residential interior execution is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of plywood, laminates, hardware, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and finishing works
• Ability to read interior drawings and understand dimensions
• Basic knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation and quantity calculation
• Good client communication and coordination skills
• Ability to solve site-level issues independently
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites
• Own two-wheeler/car preferred
