Interior Project Manager

About Us: Designex Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based architecture, interior design, and landscape design firm delivering end-to-end design and fit-out solutions across the UAE. We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead our design and fit-out projects from concept to handover.

About the Role: We're looking for an Interior Project Manager to oversee interior design and fit-out projects, coordinating design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior design and fit-out projects end-to-end, from design development through handover
• Coordinate with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately
• Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of works
• Liaise with clients to manage expectations, provide updates, and resolve issues
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs
• Manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost overruns
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• UAE driving license preferred
• UAE residency/valid visa status preferred

Pay: AED5,438.86 - AED8,000.00 per month
