Interior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality interior design and construction projects from the Owner's side. You will work closely with designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with the design intent, quality standards, timeline, and project requirements. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in interior construction, fit-out, or project coordination who enjoys working between design and construction, from design development through site execution and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project.
• Review interior drawings, shop drawings, material samples, finishes, and construction details.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Coordinate and resolve design, technical, and construction issues with relevant parties.
• Follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups, and outstanding site issues.
• Monitor project schedules, key milestones, and action items.
• Coordinate design changes and ensure updated information is communicated to all relevant parties.
• Assist in reviewing variations and other project-related matters from the Owner's perspective.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action lists, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Support site inspections, snagging, rectification, and project handover.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in interior construction, fit-out, interior design, or project coordination.
• Good knowledge of interior construction, materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Able to read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and able to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Comfortable coordinating with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Good command of English.
