Interior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage residential and commercial interior projects from project handover to final completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating design, production, materials, vendors, installation teams, and clients while ensuring projects are completed within the committed timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior projects from site handover to final installation and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, 3D visualizers, production teams, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor day-to-day project progress.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved designs, drawings, measurements, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate modular kitchen, wardrobe, TV unit, false ceiling, electrical, civil, painting, furniture, and other interior works.
• Track material requirements, dispatches, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Identify project delays, quality issues, or site-level challenges and take corrective action.
• Ensure proper coordination between factory/production and site teams.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure project quality as per company standards.
• Maintain project documentation, site reports, measurement sheets, checklists, and handover records.
• Conduct regular client updates and resolve project-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate snagging and ensure all pending work is completed before final handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining execution quality.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling.
• Escalate major project risks or client issues to senior management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of residential interior execution and project management.
• Good understanding of modular furniture and interior materials.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, measurements, BOQ, and drawings.
• Excellent vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, project tracking tools, AutoCAD, or similar software will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Noida and Greater Noida.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior project execution.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in modular interiors, residential interior projects, turnkey interiors, furniture installation, or design-and-build companies will be preferred.

Job Location: Noida / Greater Noida
Joining: Immediate / As per availability

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
