Interior project manager

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to manage residential and commercial interior projects from site handover to final completion.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, production teams, contractors, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed within the committed timeline, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete interior projects from site handover to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, 3D visualizers, production teams, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and milestone timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor day-to-day project progress.
• Ensure execution follows approved designs, drawings, measurements, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate execution of:
• Modular Kitchens
• Modular Wardrobes
• TV Units
• False Ceilings
• Civil Work
• Electrical Work
• Painting
• Furniture
• Other Interior Works
• Track material requirements, dispatches, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Coordinate between factory/production and site teams.
• Monitor workmanship and maintain company quality standards.
• Identify delays, site issues, and execution risks and take corrective action.
• Maintain project reports, measurement sheets, checklists, and handover documents.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
• Handle client concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
• Manage snagging and ensure all pending work is completed before final handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure proper material handling, site cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Escalate major project issues to senior management when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior execution and project management.
• Good understanding of modular furniture and interior materials.
• Knowledge of site measurements, BOQ, drawings, and execution processes.
• Strong vendor, contractor, and manpower coordination skills.
• Excellent client-handling and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and strict deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Faridabad, Greater Faridabad, and nearby NCR areas.

Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior project execution or turnkey interior projects.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in modular interiors, residential interiors, turnkey projects, furniture installation, or design-and-build companies will be preferred.
