Interior Project Manager

• Lead and manage *interior projects from planning to final handover*.

• Plan project schedules, timelines, resources, and execution strategies.

• Manage and coordinate *site teams, designers, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors*.

• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.

• Ensure execution is as per *approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements*.

• Coordinate all interior works including *carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works*.

• Review drawings, BOQs, material requirements, and project specifications.

• Monitor material procurement, deliveries, and site inventory.

• Identify and resolve site and execution issues efficiently.

• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.

• Ensure projects are delivered *within the approved budget and agreed timeline*.

• Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements to clients and management.

• Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, and final completion.

• Lead and mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site teams.

10–15 years of experience* in interior project management and site execution.

• Strong experience in *residential/commercial interior fit-out projects*.

• Excellent knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.

• Ability to read and coordinate *architectural, interior, electrical, and plumbing drawings*.

• Strong understanding of *BOQ, estimation, measurements, costing, and billing*.

• Excellent *team management, vendor coordination, and client-handling skills*.

• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Good knowledge of **MS Excel and project management tools.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
