Interior project manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute interior design and turnkey projects from concept development to final handover. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, project schedules, budgets, quality standards, contractors, vendors, and client expectations while ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage interior projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimates, material procurement, and resource allocation.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and site review documentation.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, technical challenges, and execution discrepancies.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, shop drawings, and working drawings.
• Track project progress against milestones and take corrective action to avoid delays.
• Manage contractor and subcontractor performance, including manpower planning.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor material deliveries, inventory, and installation schedules.
• Handle client meetings, progress updates, snagging, and final project handover.
• Ensure all finishing works meet approved design standards and quality expectations.
• Manage variations, additional work requests, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation, bills, measurement records, and completion reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–15 years of experience in interior project execution and project management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate interior projects.
• Experience in turnkey interior projects and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, billing, procurement, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, or other project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
