Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Project Supervisor to oversee the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of interior works, site coordination, materials, drawings, and finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site execution as per approved designs and working drawings.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, contractors, and vendors.
• Allocate daily tasks and manage labour effectively at site.
• Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, glass, and other interior works.
• Read and understand AutoCAD and working drawings.
• Take and verify site measurements for accurate execution.
• Check workmanship, dimensions, finishing quality, and overall site standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and proper material usage.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the project/design team for quick solutions.
• Maintain regular site progress reports and photographs.
• Coordinate with the Interior Designer and execution team to ensure smooth project completion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or project execution.
• Residential interior project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD/working drawings.
• Strong labour, contractor, and vendor coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of BOQ, measurements, and material estimation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
• Willingness to work hands-on at project sites.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
