Interior Site Coordinator - Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Coordinator Intern to assist in coordinating interior fit-out projects. The intern will support project managers and site teams by tracking project progress, coordinating with vendors and contractors, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between the site and office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily interior site activities with Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on work progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress trackers, attendance records, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing work schedules, site updates, and project status reports.
• Follow up on pending activities and communicate updates to the respective stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other administrative and project coordination tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of interior fit-out processes is an added advantage.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
