Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Engineer with an Interior Fit-Out background to manage site execution and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise interior project execution at site.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with the factory and procurement team for timely material delivery.
• Check measurements, quantities, and quality of work.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely solutions.
• Ensure project schedules and deadlines are maintained.
• Monitor manpower and subcontractor activities at site.
• Ensure proper safety practices and maintain site discipline.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and report project updates regularly.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out / Interior Projects.
• Good knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, and materials.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle site teams and multiple activities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Chennai.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
