Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure that all interior works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.

* Coordinate with vendors, designers, and project managers.

* Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and design requirements.

* Monitor , carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, partition, and other interior works

* Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and work-status reports.

* Coordinate inspections and snagging activities and ensure timely closure of defects.

* Communicate project updates, delays, and technical issues to the project manager.

Required Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field

* 1–2 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution

* Good knowledge of interior construction methods and materials

* Strong coordination and communication skills ( english , hindi and tamil)

Reporting To

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
