Interior site supervisor and sales coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Site Supervisor to handle interior project sales, client coordination, and on-site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic knowledge of interior works, and the ability to coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into interior projects.
• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and explain interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the design team for proposals.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate and supervise interior works at project sites.
• Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, painting, false ceiling, modular and other interior works.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, designers, and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report project progress.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain project records, measurements, and daily/weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate project handover and address client requirements during completion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in interior sales/site supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of residential/commercial interior works.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand drawings and site requirements.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office/Excel

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills, plus applicable incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
