Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior works at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior site activities.
• Manage carpentry, civil, electrical, ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
• Read and understand architectural, interior, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Check measurements and maintain proper site records.
• Monitor work quality and rectify site issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Designer, and Client representatives.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.
• Identify delays, material requirements, and site-related issues and report them to management.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, quality, and budget requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and construction practices.
• Ability to read drawings and take site measurements.
• Good communication and team-coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
