Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to manage interior execution and fit-out work at residential and commercial project sites. The role involves on-site supervision, coordination with local vendors and contractors, working with AutoCAD drawings, estimation, and ensuring timely, high-quality interior execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior execution work at project sites
• Coordinate daily site activities including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and finishing works
• Execute work as per approved interior drawings and AutoCAD working drawings
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams
• Prepare and verify material estimation, BOQ, and quantity take-offs
• Ensure material availability, quality control, and timely site execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the design team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an Interior Site Supervisor / Interior Site Engineer
• Strong knowledge of interior execution and fit-out works
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity calculation
• Vendor management and contractor coordination experience
• Willingness to travel across project sites
• Understanding of local interior materials, finishes, and execution standards

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential apartments, villas, offices, and retail interiors
• Ability to handle multiple interior sites
• Strong communication and coordination skills
