Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, glass/aluminium teams, and other agencies.
• Allocate daily work to labourers and ensure proper manpower utilization.
• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Check the quality of interior work and ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
• Verify measurements and completed work before reporting to the senior/project team.
• Coordinate different teams to ensure smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Communicate with designers, project managers, clients, and vendors regarding site requirements and issues.
• Identify site-related problems and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
• Maintain daily progress reports, pending-work lists, material requirements, and site updates.
• Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and site work.
• Good vendor and labour coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities at the site.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and capable of working under project deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
