About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution works at residential and commercial project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers and vendors, monitoring site progress, ensuring quality standards, and completing work according to the approved design and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, and other workers.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, measurements, and design specifications.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Take and verify site measurements whenever required.
• Check the quality of materials, workmanship, and finishing.
• Coordinate with vendors and arrange required materials for site work.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, material requirements, and execution challenges.
• Coordinate with the design team and project team regarding site requirements and modifications.
• Maintain proper communication with clients regarding site-related matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
• Monitor workers and ensure proper work practices and site discipline.
• Maintain daily site updates, measurements, material requirements, and progress reports.
• Ensure the site is maintained safely and properly throughout the project.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or construction/interior execution.
• Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
• Ability to read and understand interior drawings and measurements.
• Good knowledge of materials, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and other interior works.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities at a project site.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Kannur/Thalassery and nearby areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and other project communication tools is an advantage.
• A valid driving licence and ability to travel between project sites will be an added advantage.
