Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate with contractors and workers.
• Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.
• Monitor execution of civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other finishing works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and site requirements.
• Check workmanship, material quality, dimensions, levels, and finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Plan daily manpower and allocate work to teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues and coordinate technical clarifications.
• Maintain daily site reports, work-progress records, material records, and measurements.
• Check material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Inspect completed work and prepare snag/punch lists for rectification.
• Coordinate final finishing, handover, and defect rectification.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Good knowledge of interior finishing and construction practices.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of measurements, BOQ, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, workers, and multiple site activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and site reporting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
