Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising civil, carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and finishing work, while ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of residential interiors and modular furniture installation and the ability to manage site workers, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

• Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved 2D drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Monitor the progress of all interior activities.
• Coordinate different trades to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.

Modular Interior Installation

Supervise installation of:

• Modular Kitchens
• Modular Wardrobes
• TV Units
• Crockery Units
• Beds & Bed Back Panels
• Pooja Units
• Storage Units
• Customized Furniture
• Living Room Furniture
• Office Furniture

Civil & Interior Work

Coordinate and supervise:

• Civil work
• Electrical work
• Plumbing
• False Ceiling
• Flooring
• Painting
• Wall Panels
• Wallpaper
• Lighting
• Carpentry
• Furniture installation
• Finishing work

Manpower & Contractor Management

• Manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other workers.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Ensure workers follow site safety and quality standards.
• Track attendance and manpower requirements where required.

Quality Control

• Inspect workmanship and material quality at site.
• Ensure execution matches approved drawings and specifications.
• Check dimensions, alignment, levels, finishing, and installation quality.
• Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
• Minimize rework and material wastage.

Material Management

• Check materials received at site against delivery documents.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Monitor material consumption and wastage.
• Inform the Project Manager about material shortages or additional requirements.
• Ensure materials are available before scheduled activities begin.

Drawing & Measurement Coordination

• Read and understand 2D interior drawings and layouts.
• Verify site measurements before execution.
• Coordinate with the Design and Project Management teams regarding drawing-related issues.
• Report discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
• Ensure the latest approved drawings are being used at site.

Project Progress & Reporting

• Maintain daily site progress reports.
• Track completed and pending activities.
• Report delays, site issues, material shortages, and manpower requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Take photographs and maintain project progress records.

Client & Team Coordination

• Coordinate professionally with clients during site visits.
• Address basic site-related queries and escalate important concerns to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and installation teams.
• Ensure proper communication between site and office teams.

Required Skills

Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in:

• Modular Interiors
• Modular Kitchen Installation
• Furniture Installation
• Construction / Interior Projects

Candidates with experience handling complete residential interior projects from execution to handover will be preferred.

Qualification

• Relevant practical site experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
