Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution and ensure interior works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior site activities and coordinate with contractors and workers.
• Read and understand interior drawings, layouts, elevations, and BOQs.
• Monitor execution of carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, glass, partitions, and other interior works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, contractors, and project managers.
• Check measurements and material requirements at site.
• Monitor manpower, material availability, and work progress.
• Maintain daily site reports and update project progress.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure proper finishing.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with multiple subcontractors to avoid delays and work clashes.
• Assist in preparing measurement sheets, work completion reports, and material requests.
• Ensure the project is completed within the agreed time, quality, and budget requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of interior execution and construction methods.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Good manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
