Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution as per design and schedule.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor quality control, safety, and compliance with all site protocols.
• Read and interpret interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and update project status to management.
• Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage subcontractors, site workers, and maintain discipline at site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing, carpentry, MEP coordination, and civil basics.
• Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical details.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
