Salary: ₹30,000/month + Project-Based Performance Incentives

We are looking for an experienced, technically strong and highly responsible Interior Site Engineer to join our growing team.

As Grande Signature continues to expand, we are looking for someone who can take complete ownership of projects, maintain exceptional quality standards and represent our brands with professionalism and confidence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management: Independently manage 5–7 ongoing interior and modular furniture projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough QC inspections at every stage of installation, finishing and final handover.
• Technical Supervision: Supervise modular kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture and interior fit-out works.
• Site Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, installation issues and site discrepancies proactively.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with designers, production teams, installation contractors, vendors and clients.
• Project Accountability: Ensure workmanship, material specifications, site measurements and finishing meet company standards.
• Client Relations & Brand Representation: Act as the face of Grande Signature and NADG at project sites, building client confidence through professionalism, communication and service excellence.
• Reporting: Provide regular project progress reports, QC updates and timely escalation of critical issues.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in modular furniture installation and interior site supervision.
• Strong technical knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture hardware, materials and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed interior drawings and resolve execution-related issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Strong leadership, coordination and client communication skills.
• Ability to independently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership.

SALARY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
