Salary: $85,000 to $110,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect / Designer to join a leading architecture studio in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on medium to large-scale projects with significant responsibility and creative input, while collaborating with a highly regarded team of designers, engineers, and consultants. The position includes mentorship opportunities, technical development, and exposure across all project phases.

The requirements of the role are:

• Professional degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch).
• Minimum 5+ years of architectural design experience.
• Strong technical and detailing skills.
• Architectural license preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Experience coordinating with engineering consultants.
• Prior involvement in medium to large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with construction phase processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
