  • Proven skills in selecting and specifying FF&E for large scale projects. Experience with spec writing software.
  • Experience working with BlueBeam Studio and Forma by Autodesk
  • Knowledge of U.S. building codes, including IBC, ADA, accessibility standards, life safety, and applicable local building codes.
  • Proven delivery (either individually or as part of a team) in producing Design Development drawing sets
  • Experience in working in all stages of a project from concept to completion
  • Experience reviewing shop drawings and submittals from various trades
  • Desire to take ownership of a project and help guide junior team members
  • Self-motivated, a good team member who can be relied upon to work quickly and efficiently in an organized manner
  • Self-confident and receptive to constructive feedback
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and visual
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An ability to communicate effectively in client presentations and meetings
