NON-NEGOTIABLES
Bachelor of Surveying
Minimum 4 years' land or cadastral surveying experience
Working knowledge of Landonline and LINZ cadastral processes
Competent in 12d
NZ work rights

DESIRABLES
LCS registration or actively working toward it
Subdivision or land development experience
Rural or topographic survey experience - terrain-relevant
Section 223/224 documentation experience
