We’re currently seeking a skilled Intermediate to Senior Structural Draftsperson / BIM Technician to join our close-knit Auckland team, specialising in high-end residential projects designed by New Zealand’s most respected architects.

Our Auckland office is the largest in the Sullivan Hall network and a great place to build your career. You'll work alongside a friendly and experienced team on a varied range of structural engineering projects, with the added benefit of being connected to our Tauranga and Queenstown offices for collaboration, mentorship, and technical support when you need it.

What you’ll de doing:

• Producing detailed and accurate structural documentation using Revit and AutoCAD for bespoke developments.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and other technicians across offices.
• Ensuring drawings meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Contributing meaningfully to the design process in a team-driven, solutions-focused environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience with Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD.
• Demonstrates proficiency with structural modelling and detailing, particularly in timber and steel.
• Comes from a New Zealand consulting background, familiar with local construction practices and how structures come together.
• Takes pride in the presentation of your work and consistently delivers with care and precision.
• Brings a strong team ethic and collaborative approach.
• Enjoys engaging with colleagues to mature a project and achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Possesses excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.
