What they need
This is a long-established Auckland multidisciplinary land development consultancy with a strong reputation earned over many decades of contribution to the city's growth. They bring together licensed cadastral surveyors, chartered engineers, and planning professionals under one roof, a genuinely integrated offering that's relatively rare in the local market.
This company operates out of Auckland (Central and West) and across a wide range of residential and mixed-use land development projects, from boundary surveys and cross-lease conversions through to complex subdivisions and multi-lot unit title developments. Their work spans the full project lifecycle, and they have built strong, long-standing relationships with clients and councils.
The team is deliberately tight-knit. Directors are hands-on and actively involved in project delivery, and every team member has direct access to senior expertise. If you're after a firm where your work genuinely counts and you're not just a number, doing the same-same day in, day out, this is worth your attention. A genuine career opportunity!
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
Competitive remuneration, this company is happy to invest in the right person with the right attitude and potential, not just tick boxes on a CV.
Varied project exposure from day one. You'll work across cadastral surveys, residential and medium-density subdivisions, unit title developments, topographic surveys, and construction set-out.
Mentorship from experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyors in an environment where learning is genuinely supported and career progression is real.
A tight-knit, collaborative team culture, approachable leadership, down to earth, no unnecessary hierarchy, and people who actually enjoy working together.
Access to the full project lifecycle within an integrated practice, not just surveying in isolation, but alongside planners and engineers on the same jobs.
Visibility and ownership, in this company, your contributions are seen and your professional development is a personal investment for the business.
