Intermediate/Senior Graphic Designer

Refresh the look. Strengthen the brand. We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven designer who can bring consistency and polish to a diverse portfolio of professional beauty products. Role Overview

As our Creative Brand Coordinator, you’ll lead the replication and modernization of packaging across multiple product ranges, creating a cohesive and professional look aligned with the brand strategy. Once the packaging rollout is established, you’ll extend the refreshed identity into social media graphics, promotional banners, email visuals, launch materials, and other digital and print collateral.

Key Responsibilities

· Refresh the Range: Replicate and modernise product packaging across multiple beauty brands and categories, building a consistent and contemporary visual system.

· Design for the Shelf: Develop packaging concepts that are visually appealing, commercially effective, and ready for production.

· Prepare with Precision: Create artwork to printer specifications and deliver accurate, print-ready files.

· Protect the Brand: Maintain visual consistency across product lines and apply brand guidelines across every touchpoint.

· Bring Campaigns to Life: Design social media tiles, promotional graphics, email visuals, product launch materials, and broader marketing collateral.

· Move the Story: Create and edit short-form video and motion graphics for social media, promotions, launches, and brand campaigns.

· Partner with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to translate briefs and brand direction into effective creative assets.

· Manage the Detail: Handle revisions, feedback, and multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Skills & Experience

· 3+ years of graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates packaging design expertise.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and CapCut.

· Experience designing for consumer products, beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or retail brands.

· Strong command of typography, layout, colour theory, and packaging production.

· Proven ability to prepare accurate, print-ready artwork to production specifications.

· Excellent attention to detail, communication, and independent working skills.

· Confidence managing multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

· Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, or FMCG packaging experience.

· Experience developing brand identity systems and scalable visual guidelines.

· Knowledge of packaging regulations and label requirements.

· Experience creating social media content and digital marketing assets.

· Capability in short-form video editing and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
