Intern Account

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and finance-related tasks.
• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Assist in bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and organize accounting documents, invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting records.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the Finance team in preparing reports and accounting schedules.
• Assist with filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin/Malay is an added advantage.
