Intern (Accounting & Reporting Department)

RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the Accounting & Reporting Department in carrying out daily accounting, financial reporting, documentation, and administrative activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to financial processes and reporting requirements within PR1MA Corporation Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, management reports, and other related reporting requirements.
• Support the team in performing data entry, data verification, and reconciliation of financial information.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents for audit, reporting, and other financial-related purposes.
• Ensure that accounting and supporting documents are properly filed and maintained for easy reference.
• Support the department in compiling information and documentation requested by internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with administrative and ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and financial reporting as assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with PR1MA's policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and relevant financial controls.

REQUIREMENTS: Suitable academic backgrounds: Accounting, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Financial Management, Economics or other related disciplines.
