INTERN ADMIN

• Duties include copying, filing, auditing, and downloading electronic documents.
• To ensure that the tender documents are completed and accurate.
• Familiar with tender system such as JKR Tender, E-Perolehan, and others system related to tender
• Familiar with asset management system like CMIS or CMMS
• Responsible for management of tender process from receipt to delivery.
• Answering phones, taking messages, handling mail and scheduling appointments
• Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files.
• Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
• To coordinate various office tasks, functions and events.
• Other tasks requested by company.

START ON OKTOBER OR NOVEMBER

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
