What they need
職務說明
- 實習期間：一年制
- 實習每週工作天數：五天(週一至週五)
- 實習工作內容：
- 處理客戶訂單、依客戶要求安排貨物進口
- 與國外e-mail確認貨物運輸相關事宜
- 協助追蹤貨況、定期查詢航班、進倉、放行
- 報表彙整與製作
- 開立帳單
- 整理提單、文件歸檔、櫃台放單
- 時間戳輸入及維護
- 主管交辦事項
