Intern - Application Engineer - Industrial Software Solution

Key Responsibilities

• Support software deployment, implementation, and upgrade activities.
• Install and configure software at customer locations across India and overseas.
• Troubleshoot application, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Assist in customer training during implementation and Go-Live.
• Coordinate with the development team to resolve customer issues.
• Prepare implementation and support documentation.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Computer Operating Systems, Computer Networks, and TCP/IP.
• Familiarity with Databases is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Serial Communication, USB, Ethernet, or Industrial Communication is desirable.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations.
• Passion for learning new technologies.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Industrial Electronics

• Industrial Automation

• Computer Science

• Information Technology
